WLW Radio Institutional Award for Outstanding Reporting of the News

WLW Radio

The award for the outstanding reporting of the news goes to WLW, Cincinnati. WLW is to be commended for its wide coverage and able integration in handling the news. Overseas it is represented by reporters as able as James Cassidy, who was the first to broadcast from German soil. Here at home, it draws from its own Washington bureau, and it maintains an alert round table discussion of daily events. This is good teamwork on the air.
